What's the Goal of Race Cats Elite Track?
To prepare kids for high school competition in track and field events through teaching proper technique, a healthy competitive mindset, and confidence.
How does it work?
We provide 2-3 stations at each practice. Athletes will rotate in their designated color groups to the different stations. We would like to encourage athletes to try ALL of the events we offer. These athletes are young and you never know what you could be good at until you give it a try. Trying all the events will be part of our work hard incentive shirts we hope our athletes will earn.
We will end with agility and core as a team and team stretching.
Registration for the Draper Comp Program is Full. If you would like to be added to a wait list or if you have questions regarding the program please contact Michele@racecats.org!
